DELIVERY TIME

•  Delivery time 1 week - the goods from our warehouse are delivered in 1 - 5 working days. In some cases, delivery time may be up to 10 days - this happens when the customer receives the goods next week after ordering.

• Delivery time varies for each goods. Sofas delivery time is 4-8 weeks (depending on the manufacturer), mattresses 2-3 weeks, beds 3-6 weeks, furniture, lighting and accessories 1-8 weeks - this is an approximate delivery time and exact delivery time for a product is determined on each product page. Please note that the furniture manufacturing process in some cases may take longer (for example - holidays). Regarding production and delivery times, we always inform you before the order and when the order is in progress.

• If the delivery time exceeds 10 weeks - for example, because of Christmas, New year, or other reasons that the manufacturer informs us about, we will always inform you before placing the order. 

In case the delivery time exceeds its period provided by the manufacturer and it is clear that the supply of the goods is not possible at the agreed delivery time from reasons beyond Gudras.lv control, Gudras.lv undertakes to notify the customer about the changes regarding the delivery period, Gudras.lv will contact the client by the e-mail or mobile phone number that is indicated in the order, not later that in 3 working days from when Gudras.lv has received the information.
